Learning about fermentation at a workshop

We all consume a vast range of fermented products such as coffee, chocolate and cheese. But fermentation is essentially a conservation technique developed at a time when refrigeration had not yet been invented. Once in Brussels invites you to come and learn how to make your own fermented products during a workshop organised by Fermenthings. The secret to preparing kimchi, sourdough bread or drinks such as kefir ou kombucha, will be revealed! Once in Brussels lends a hand to Fermenthings by coordinating the reservations for private groups.
