Aperitif time – understanding beer

Have you noticed some new beers in your local shop but don’t know which one to choose? When IPA is mentioned, do you think of a political party? What exactly is a stout? What are hops? Why are some gueuzes sweet and others not at all? Perhaps you feel a bit lost when faced with the sometimes very wide choice offered by your local bar? That’s great; Once in Brussels organises aperitif sessions to help you better understand beer! Our self-proclaimed beer-expert invites you to an organised aperitif providing commentary and answers to any questions you may have. A great way to start a Thursday evening! While alcohol should be consumed with moderation, there is no limit to our plethora of anecdotes.
